Job Title: Global Equipping Director

Ministry/Department: Multiplication

Reports to: Multiplication Director/Missions Pastor

Status: Full-time, exempt

Supervisory Role: Yes

Objective

To advance the movement of Eleven22 by equipping and developing leaders who lead and develop other leaders. As the Global Equipping Pastor, you will be responsible for leading and developing the School of Ministry Director and the Worship Institute Director. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively oversee and grow these ministries, ensuring they thrive and make a significant impact both locally and globally. The role encompasses a variety of duties, from administrative oversight to strategic growth and global expansion of these key ministries.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Development

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the School of Ministry and the Worship Institute
  • Mentor and develop the directors of these ministries, fostering their professional and personal growth
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, oversee Ministry Action Plans (MAPS)/Mission & Morale (M&M) processes and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with overall ministry objectives

Administration and Oversight

  • Oversee the operations of the School of Ministry and the Worship Institute, ensuring effective administration, management and budget oversight
  • Coordinate with other church staff and leaders to align ministry activities with the broader vision and mission of the church

Growth and Expansion

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow, expand and recruit to the School of Ministry and the Worship Institute to an eventual global scale
  • Cultivate and establish global partnerships to extend the reach and impact of these ministries
  • Foster relationships with seminaries, colleges and other educational institutions to enhance program offerings and college/seminary credits and creative collaboration opportunities
  • Develop digital platforms to eventually distribute equipping content worldwide, ensuring accessibility and engagement with global residents

Global Partnerships

  • Identify and develop strategic global partnerships to support the mission and vision of the School of Ministry and the Worship Institute
  • Develop cross-cultural training and equipping initiatives to empower leaders and students globally

Digital Platforming

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content for the School of Ministry and the Worship Institute
  • Ensure the development of high-quality, engaging and accessible digital resources for a worldwide audience
  • Utilize technology and innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience and broaden the impact of these ministries

Teach and preach as available and asked by the preaching team

  • Including teaching opportunities in: School of Ministry, Pastoral Ordination, Ministry Licensing

Measurements of Success

  • Continually grow in relationship with Jesus
  • Modeling of The Church of Eleven22\u00AE Code of Conduct
  • Living above reproach at all times; as a disciple of Jesus Christ

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours of work may vary depending on the needs of the church.

The church has several big events, (\u201CAll-Skates\u201D) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Our entire staff family is called to action, so that we can continue to be a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Some travel may be required.

Ministerial Exception

The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).

Staff members who qualify under the ministerial exception are not covered by federal and state employment and anti-discrimination laws. Please see the Human Resources Ministry team if you have questions on whether you are subject to the ministerial exception.
