It's very interesting who actually makes you Rich or a Talent or a High Performer . It happens because there is someone or some people who are lacking. It's others' non Performance which makes you a great Performer. Try to understand this. You are still performing at the same level but others have also started performing at the same level so you are no more a great performer. If poor people become Rich then you are no more very Rich.If others also become talented then you are no more a great Talent. So always be grateful to these people who keep you above them. Without their shortcomings you would not have gained so much. Therefore there is actually no great Talent or nobody is very Rich in absolute number. It's just because others don't have it for whatever reason. Be grateful to all people who have made you a Boss or CEO or the Owner or Rich or a Talent or a great Performer etc

On Guru Poornima, I receive numerous heartfelt messages from team members I've worked with over the years. These messages, filled with appreciation, often overwhelm me and evoke a surge of serotonin. They make me reflect on the impact I've had on my colleagues, especially during my early years of leadership.I've learned a few fundamental principles throughout my professional career that have helped me make a lasting impression and impact on their lives :Empowerment: Empowering those you work with fosters courage and integrity, encouraging an open and organisation focused mindset rather than a narrow focus on KRAs.Value Addition: Bringing value to the table involves thorough homework and hands-on experience to understand real-time challenges. By working on solutions that make their lives easier, you demonstrate genuine support and commitment.Respectful Leadership: Avoid imposing methods you didn't appreciate when you were in their position. Forced leadership, unethical practices, and excessive micromanagement create a negative environment and undue pressure. On this auspicious day of Guru Poornima, I wanted to share these learnings from my professional journey. I am grateful to everyone who has taught me valuable lessons, both personally and professionally, regardless of their designation, seniority, or experience. Thank you for sharing those valuable lessons and guidance.

I have heard the words "I don't get why they're leaving. Working here is one of the best places to be. Why do they feel so angered about this place?" This quote right here perfectly explains that. When someone does not feel appreciated or valued, they will only do what is required of them, and soon feel like no one cares about them. This leads into a domino effect with them leaving the company telling everyone how awful their experience was and how they have never felt appreciated or valued in any way. I have been there before, and I have seen it. No manager or CEO or any leadership position should pick favorites. No one should be left out of the group because they are a little different or perform differently. Each member of the team/company is valuable, that's why they got hired. Look for those who you notice don't feel the most excited to be there and help them. Be that person that gives them a reason to feel happy to come to work. Everyone should feel appreciated no matter who they are.

Yesterday was one of those days that remind me why I love what I do.The morning started rough, like it often does in the world of sales. But then, something amazing happened. My colleague, Ilija, recognized my efforts and nominated me for Employee of the Year! His message, filled with appreciation, turned my day around. Not only we nailed a great demo, but I also scheduled three meetings with Fortune 500 companies! This experience made me think on two things:Believe in Yourself: Even on tough mornings, remember why you started. Your determination and hard work are your most valuable assets. The Power of Team Belief: It’s one thing to believe in yourself, but having a team that believes in you is a game-changer. It boosts your morale and pushes you to achieve more than you thought possible.Ilija, thank you for your support – it means a lot!
